This is more than a couples therapy workshop in Portugal. It’s a carefully curated retreat that combines meaningful relationship enrichment with the beauty, culture, and restorative pace of the Algarve.
Imagine beginning your day with yoga or a walk in the countryside, exploring the historic town of Tavira, sharing extraordinary meals, sailing the Algarve coastline — and returning each day to conversations designed to strengthen your relationship in lasting ways.
Unlike a traditional vacation, you’ll leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of one another. Unlike a traditional workshop, you’ll experience growth in a setting intentionally designed for pleasure, connection, and renewal.
Your home for five nights: Monte do Álamo
Set on a private countryside estate within walking distance of historic Tavira, Monte do Álamo is a lovingly restored farmhouse turned boutique guesthouse, surrounded by almond and olive trees with views across Tavira to the Atlantic.
For this retreat, the entire estate is reserved exclusively for our group: four individually decorated rooms and two suites, a swimming pool and plunge pool, gardens, hammocks, and an al fresco dining terrace. Meals are prepared on site featuring local, organic ingredients — including a special wine-paired dining experience.
